Harry Adams
Managing Director
Managing Director Harry undertook a long standing desire to start his own business in the Coatings Industry in 2005. He has over 35 years’ experience in his field and is well known for maintaining and sharing, with enthusiasm, his wealth of knowledge. Harry is extremely careful to ensure that the highest quality product is consistently procured for all of his customers and that it will always be at the forefront of the technology available.

Trina Anderson
Financial Controller
Trina joined Colour Dynamics as Harry’s business partner in 2007. She is an ACCA qualified accountant, and has over 30 years accountancy experience. Trina has continued to expand her knowledge by learning the requirements of the fast moving environment as Colour Dynamics' Financial Controller.

Leo Adams
Sales & Service
A graduate from Birmingham University, Leo first started to work with his father Harry while he was still studying for his degree. In the last eleven years his ability to understand the business and his desire to see the company succeed and grow culminated in the decision for Leo to join the family business full time in 2013. With the guidance of Harry he is learning all aspects of the business model.

Bradley Thurston
Paint Mixing
Bradley is a perfectionist with a passion for colour, he joined Colour Dynamics in 2019 as Paint Mixer / Warehouse Operative. A warehouse and logistics professional with experience in the ink industry, he manages goods in/out, picks stock for delivery, and mixes tinted products to customer specifications.

William Buck
Marketing
Will joined at the start of 2020, initially as a degree apprentice studying Digital Marketing, and now having completed his degree looks after the marketing at Colour Dynamics, Paint Finishing Solutions and the Online Paint Shop. Over the past 4 years, Will has developed a solid understanding of the business and the paints and coatings market.
